• Hamara Property does not take any ownership of banners hosted on its website.
• Users submitting property listings must comply with all applicable laws, including RERDA and LMA.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their listings and verifying their right to list the property.
• Hamara Property reserves the right to remove listings that violate these Terms.

Payment Terms

• Payments for Hamara Property's services are due 100% in advance.
• Service charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if any, are at Hamara Property's sole discretion.

• Users agree to treat all information collected from Hamara Property, including listings, member directories, and content, as proprietary to Hamara Property.
• Users must not use listings for any purpose other than obtaining initial information for further assessment and inquiry.
